3 month premium gone.. just payed for it

Just subscribed .99 for 3 months. Had to log off to reset my phone. Recently logged back in and my premium is gone!!!

Oh no! It sounds to me like you might accidentally have multiple accounts, and you logged into the incorrect one. Could you try all of the emails, usernames, and Facebook accounts that you can think of to see if you can access the original (Premium) account?

I've tried that. seems like Spotify linked both accounts together due to my FB and Spotify having different emails.



All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and they can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. You can also use the online contact form on this website if you would prefer to communicate by email.
