30 Day Trial Issue

I was offered a thirty day trial and it looked like I wouldn't be billed until Nov 5, but after putting in my payment details it said I would be billed Oct 13.

Hi there,

 

Based on your message, it looks like you've signed up for a 7-day trial instead of the 30-day trial.

 

You may want to try grabbing the 30-day trial again, just head here.

 

I'd suggest you giving it a go this time on a different browser, or a private browsing session.

 

You may also want to check credit/debit card troubleshooting here.

 

If it still didn't work, then I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to better explain what happened.

 

I'm sure they'll be happy to assist you there 🙂
