30 day free trial was a lie!

30 day free trial was a lie!

I'm pissed, I installed Spotify and saw the ad to get 30 days premium free. Decided "why not?", clicked to launch my browser, again saying I'll get 30 days free. I click that, sign up with my card (as most trials require), and then am charged. WHAT BS! I sent a support message for a refund and get a condescending reply:

"Sorry to hear you were being charged while you were under the impression you got a free trial."

UNCOOL. Of course I was "under the impression", it was their site that said 30 days free.

Goodbye Spotify. I won't support your misleading tactics.

If you have a case number from support, please post it here. I'll see if I can get this looked into for you.

That is not the case number. There should be an 8 digit number somewhere. If you can't find it, I'll see if the support team can dig through and find it.
