30 free trial not working?

So I got spotify awhile back and it gave me the option to try spotify for 7 days free so I tried it. didn't use it as much as I wanted due to work to really benefit from it. Got an email a few days ago "Thanks for taking our 7 days free trial! If you’d like more time to discover Spotify Premium, click the button to enjoy another 30 days on your device for free." So I clicked on it and it asked me to enter my payment info which I did and said I woudl get the first month free. Now it says I will be charged tomorrow and to the right of the page it ikeeps asking if i wanna try 30 day trial period and I keep hitting the button and nothing happens? Anyone have this issue?

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
