320kbps audio playback?

I see some references to spotify supporting 320kbps audio quality. It is not playing at 320kbps on my desktop (works great on Tidal). I am a premium subscriber and have High Quality Streaming checked in the settings. I am not sure if I read wrong and spotify doesn't support 320kb audio quality or if something is not working correctly.  Anyone know the answer to this?

That's not cool! You should be able to stream at 320 kbit/s on your desktop. Could you make sure you followed all steps from this page? If that didn't help, I recommend following the steps from this page to reinstall the Spotify app. Let me know how you get on! 🙂

Thanks for the reply. I am glad to hear that 320kbit/s is supposed to work. I double checked my settings and reinstalled according to the links you provided. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work.
