Family plan Invites not working.

Upgraded to Family Plan, and the invites are not working...they email redirects the invitee to the account page but the redeem option is not there.....just general account info and links to update payment methods....this is driving me crazy

Cant Activate 7 days trial

I can't activate my 7 days trial, its only telling me to pay and to get 30 days for free. even tho I have ads for the 7 days...btw I openned my account yesterday so its not possible that I activated it in the past.
