Logging off automatically

Hi everyone

I have premium account. Everytime I try to use my Spotify, it is getting logged off ( especially in subway etc.) And I get a notification many times that I cannot download any playlist of mine in 3 different devices ( however I logged off from all devices into my Accounts section and tried to log in via my Android phone) 

Hope that someone could help.

To start, can you let us know what device, operating system, and version of Spotify you're using?

Also, can you try the steps here for us: https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/? They should help with this.
