48.70$ on my first month?

My account charged me a total of 48.70$. It is suppose to be 10 a month. I'm not sure what happen but I would like my refund or 5 months free. If you can please fix this problem because I'm already at negative in my account.

Have you received a payment confirmation email for all payments? Any payments that you haven't gotten a receipt for are only pending and should be canceled soon. If you check in a few days and still have extra charges, let me know and I will escalate this to a Spotify staff member!
