504 Gateway Time-out nginx

I'd like to buy a Spotify E-card all morning in here: https://www.spotify.com/nl/get-spotify/e-card/  but after I give in my Credit Card data en try to verrify the buy, i get a 504 Gateway Time-out, nginx error. Seems to be a server side error.

Can you guys please fix this?

I had a similar issue on the communiy before. It seemed to work after a while, and that link is now working. Please clear your cache and try again 🙂

Thanks for the reply. I just cleared all my browser cache and tried again but unfortunately still the same issue. Keep in mind the the URL I posted above seems to be worked and the two pages after it too, but when I want to verrify my creditcard data it give me the following error:

*note: I removed some of the data in the URL since I was not sure it gave away some creditcard data..

//edit: just even tried it in another browser, just to make sure it's no caching problem, but it gave me the same error.

Hmm, strange. I'll ask the community team. However, they seem to have disappeared 😛

@EzMe - are you getting the same error using a Chrome incognito window?

@Adam, yes unfortunately it does. I openend an Incognito windows by clicking ctrl+shift+n, tried payin with my cc but when the cc credentials are being verriefied I get the timed out on the Spotify return page

TBH I'm not sure. I decided to buy a Spotify Card in the shop down the road. Since I dont need another card, I cannot reproduce the situation..
