A device I don't own or use is connected to my Spotify and I want to get it off!!

A PS4 has somehow gotten my account, and is using it, and it is not mine and I don't recognize it, I need to get rid of this device on my account! Please help!

We're sorry to hear about it! To take care of this issue, please head to the Account Overview. In there, click on "SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE" and then proceed to "SET PASSWORD", which should be below the sign out option 😄

Once you've followed these steps, you should be free of this unknown PS4 login!

I followed your instructions i.e. sign out of everywhere followed by a change in password. I did it twice and then relogged into my spotify client on my laptop and on my iphone and it still shows ps4 accounts. I have never had a playstation whatsoever and I am concerned because if someone can use my spotify, they might also take control of my credit card. Please help.

This didn't work for me.

A "Vault 2" device is showing on my spotify, and I can't get rid of it. I have done what you suggested, and I've tried to delete the device from my spotify account. Nothing works.

What do I do?

I have kind of the same problem. I'm logged out the account, changed passwords on my Facebook, Gmail, and Spotify. Some how he's getting on. I have the guys email address that he uses to get on.
