My Question or Issue

I signed up for the free trial on my phone and logged into my PC to start adding all of my favorite songs from Amazon Music over to Spotify for a playlist. I got a commercial and realized something was wrong with my premium - saw in my email that I must have clicked through somewhere and cancelled my free premium trial. Before I continue moving my music over into a playlist is there anyway to fix this? I tried to claim the trial again and that didn't work. I was curious about how the functioning of Spotify while driving would do for me, but I'm not willing to pay $12 for a month of service to try it out when I can pay for Amazon Music and know it works for me.

In this case, I think it's best if you talk directly to Spotify Support, on this channel. They don't take long to respond.
