Accidentally created a new account

Today I activated Spotify premium including a free trial month. For some reason it did not associate with my normal account that I have been using for years, but instead created a new account with the email address of my Facebook account. How can I transfer the premium deal to my main account and close the new account?

Thank you very much! I have contacted the support now. When I have verified that the problem is fixed I'll accept the solution.

Even now when I know this form exists, I cannot find a link to it anywhere on the Spotify website. I managed to find a similar form with some effort, but it is clear that Spotify do not want to answer any of your questions unless it is the last way out.
