Hi,

I want to change my country (billing issues) from Italy to Norway. Unfortunately, as you can see, Spotify only presents one country in the drop-down list. How can I change my country and activate my premium account again?

Hey,

In order to change your country, you need to cancel the subscription, and then use a payment method which registed on your new country.

I've already cancelled my subscription as now I'm a free user. When I pay with the new credit card it says I need to change my country in "My Profile" but I cannot change it.

Are you sure the new card is issued from the new country?

Hi,

so when I fill out the form for the billing I receive this.

(I Deleted the credit card details.)

So, when I go to my profile to change the country, I have only one solution left (ITALY) see the screenshot.

However, my current country (and my credit card) is Norway. Moreover, my student discount has been obtained with a norwegian uni email.

I think you should contact your credit card issuer. If you are using the credit card from the same country, it should work. Maybe recheck your credit card "identity". Again, look here , and you see "Note: Your new country only shows when you’re actually there.", so please make sure that happens either. 

Maybe you can elaborate on the steaps you have taken so far, becuase it seems to me you got it all right, but may be I missunderstood you.
