Account Hacked

So my boyfriend had an account under his email omagashi@hotmail.com with the username, moribigood. He was using a code that gave him spotify free for 6 months. A month or so ago, he got kicked off his account at home and at work and couldn't seem to log in. When he tries to reset his password with his username, it doesn't give an error message but he doesn't receive an email to reset the password. When he tries it with his email, the error he gets is that the account doesn't exist. I took a look at his page through my spotify and whoever took over his account has created a playlist and has been listening to music. He has no way to take his account back. Please help!!!

I suggest you have him contact support so they can help him get the account back

This form will allow you to manually enter the details so you will get a reply back to your email and not the hacker's email.

Make sure you are logged out of any Spotify account when using the contact form or the username and email field will not show up. It is important so that you can enter the information of the account you are having trouble with and enter a preferred contact email. If you are logged in with a different account that is not having the problem, that account info will be used and support will be confused.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
