Welcome to the community. If you want to find the card details associated with your Spotify account you can just log onto your account online here. If you take a look at the attachment below, you can see here you can review or change your card details and review any recipts that you may need.

I am getting a charge on my credit card every month. Trying to locate which
account it is for.
