Account Issue urgent

I have sent several inquiries with no response and certainly no resolution to an account issue that's been ongoing for several months. I had a premium spotify account connected through my facebook. Several months ago I deactivated it for facebook.  When I went back in to spotify all my music and history was gone but I'm still being charged every month for a premium account I cannot access. No one is addressing this issue and this is my money!I have no physical way to go to my account and stop this monthly charging because my account like I said, was refreshed and is not premium. What.in the world is my next action here?

Just going to hide a few of those details from your post, best not to post them in a public forum. 

 

I know you mentioned you have already done so, but could you open a new case with the accounts team here:

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-account/

 

Then reply directly to the automated email you will receive, and that will guarentee your case will reach a support adviser as soon as possible, normally within 24 hours.
