My Question or Issue

Hi, I am a college student and I was on the student discount. I looked at my bank account one day and it said I was getting charged $14.99 for Spotify a month. I thought this was strange since I have normally been charged $4.99 a month with the discount, so I checked my Spotify account and I was on the family plan. I just changed it back to the student discount plan. I am not sure how this happened, but I definitely can not afford to pay an extra $10 a month for a family that I do not have. Is there any way I can get a refund for this or some type of compensation?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
