I recently had my password changed twice and then the email changed. I'm on a family and from what I've seen the same thing has happened to others on family plans. My main concern is that for neither of the two password changes did I recieve an email. I'm very impressed with Spotifys quick help as I was able to regain control of my account in just one hour, but this should not happen and there are many ways to prevent such as 2FA, or fixing whatever issue lets someone change account passwords/emails without access to the email linked.
