I cannot access my Spotify premium account. 2 days now since I requested to have my password reset and the message stated that an email would be sent to the address on record and I have not yet received a email. I have tried all passwords and check my 2 email accounts (all folders). 

I had to create this free account in order to send this message.

Please help me reset my password.

 

My premium account username is: ginftl

Main Email: gchanr@gmail.com

Secondary email: ginftl@yahoo.com

 

Attach is a copy of my receipt.

Try to send the account reset email again. 

I requested the password be resent 3 hours later I still have not received it. I keep checking both my email addresses and nothing yet. 

Please I want to use my account and dont want to have to call my credit card company to stop the auto billing.
