Account been taken over

My acc has been taken over . Lots of very weird playlists added and it kicks me out saying I am listening on iPhone,  do I want to listen on this phone  (I have android). Have followed advice and changed passwords. Went to the I still need help form as the article advised but the form won't send. Who do I contact and how?
