Account cannot be found

Your issue is not fixed. I cannot login. I have iOS, android, mac, pc, several versions. This is an issue on your side. 

My Question or Issue

I cannot login, and it says my account cannot be found when trying to recover it. However, I have received no emails about any changes, can still log into my family members and see my icon, and when I try to login via google (my account is gmail, made long ago) I get told an account already exists with that name.
