Hello,

 

Last year I joined Spotify with my Facebook account, the email that I used with my Facebook profile was just for that and I didn't use it for personal stuff. A few months later I deactivated it but kept my Spotify account, of course. I didn't have any problems with it because I used my cell phone app and my credentials were already saved on it. What happens now is that I bought a new phone and I'm having issues to log in. It's a really wierd situation, tho. I'll tell you: I tried and tried so many times to get in again from my new cell (using my old Facebook email and the password I had for it) and it worked BUT I tried to do the same from my laptop using 3 different options. First, from the full website and the web player (I don't know if they're different from each other), in which I couldn't log in because it keeps saying "Username or password are incorrect" and second, from the computer app, in which I actually did log in with my Facebook credentials! I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I don't understand how is that possible. I read all the info that the website has at the support tab but I just can't get it. I actually created a new account with my current email but I don't use it because I want all the playlists that I've already created and followed. What I need is either to change my email from my Spotify/Facebook account to the new one or get the playlists moved over the new Spotify profile. Could you please save me? Thanks in advance!

The best thing you can do is get in contact with the Support team. They'll trace down the accounts and move all of your music and playlists to the current one.
