Hello to all, could someone explain to me how to delete my Spotify account? I tried to send the request, but I get only a preset response that does nothing. I want to create a new account with the same email address, but with the current account I can not. I apologize for my English.

Go this contact form then select Account > I Want To Close Me Account Permanently.

After the preset message the staff has contacted me again and helped me to cancel the Spotify account. Thank you for your attention. @Mattosaurus I was already gone at that link. I was confused because of the preset message that did nothing. // This is my new account.
