Account disabled

My Question or Issue

My mom has removed her card from my payment portal. I want to add my card in but now it says my account is disabled. It won't let me use my email or my username to login. It also won't let me reset my password with my email. I am completely shut out from my account and I just want to add a card to my account so I can pay for it. Please help so I don't lose all of my music and have to make a new one.
