Account doing weird things

Hello,

So i suscribed for the 1 month free premium to try out spotify, and cancelled right away the subscription and deleted my bank information in order to not forget.

Weird thing, it all reappered as if i didn't unsuscribe, and the bank info was still on...

What's up with that?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

You won't be able to remove your bank details if your subscription is still active normally, are you sure you have cancelled? 

What is your subscription status on your online overview?

As already stated, it is cancelled.

bountardino - Looking into it, you actually had 2 accounts with 2 different Premium trials on them. One created through your Facebook, the other with the username 'bountardos'. This might explain the confusion.

Don't worry, both subscriptions have been cancelled.
