Account empty when I changed telephone

Account empty when I changed telephone

From Sweden. Bought a new iPhone and when I changed telephone my whole Spotify account was empty. All playlists where gone. All saved music gone. And I was asked to upgrade to Premium, but that was what I had before, and payed for. 

What has happend? Why can't I find any mail adress or number to contact?

Hi @user-removed thanks for posting in the Spotify Community! 

 

There's a possibility that with the new phone you've signed up for a duplicate Spotify account. When logged into your phone have a look at the subscription page. There's two alternatives there:

 

1) If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
2) If it says Free, check the receipt that was sent to your email inbox when you paid for it. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.
