Account exists but can't access

Account exists but can't access

My account (bzaitoun) was logged out of my Spotify on all of my devices and it won't let me log in again. It won't let me log into the Spotify app or even the website. It won't let me log in through Facebook either. But Spotify is allowing me to log into any other account, and I was able to make sure my account does indeed still exist. I know exaclty what my username and password is, but it keeps telling me one is incorrect. And when I try to log into the actual website (not the app), Spotify continues to crash but all other buttons, including sign up, work. I use my premium Spotify account 24/7 and was just listening to it throughout the night before I was logged out this morning. Please help

Hey @bzaitoun,

 

You should ask for a password reset, and it will go to your registered email. If it gives you trouble, try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

 
Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

It's not recognizing my account as an enabled account to send a reset password link

If that's the case, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24-48 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
