Account hack

Hello, 
 
My account has been hacked and the associated email address and password have been changed by the hacker. I am receiving notifications to reinitialise my account because of this but I cannot access it due to the changes made by the hacker.
 
However I can connect to my account via facebook so I don't understand.

Problem is that i had to log in to send a report. I did with the facebook access

So the hacker receive the report. Now he deleted my facebook access to spotify. I lost my access to my account with that....

I don't know what to do..:(

And i don't know how is it possible to hack an account like that. I didn't receive a mail to say that i would like to change my mail address etc...Log in with my facebook account was a mistakes maybe.
