Account hacked!

Today i tried to login and it didn't work. Checked my email and I see that the email address associated with my account was changed to humele52@hotmail.co.uk and there is no way to contact you by phone. How did this happen? The email associated with my account isn't this account I am using right now. I already sent emails but how long do I have to wait to get this resolved? This is poor customer servichackede because you don't have a phone number and I am a paying customer.
