Account hacked

Someone has been accessing my account from a phone and a desktop. It keeps interrupting my music. How do I get rid of them?

We're sorry to hear this! Getting hacked is never fun. There are steps you can take to resolve this issue, never fear. Firstly, on your account page, you can scroll all the way to the bottom where there is a button marked "Sign Out Everywhere". This will sign all instances of Spotify out on all devices everywhere. Immediately after you do this, you should change your password on this page. This should lock out the hackers. If this still doesn't work, I would recommend contacting the Spotify Accounts team. The easiest way to do that is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter, or by using the Spotify Support contact form. They usually respond within 48 hours!
