Account has been hacked and cannot recover

Our main account has been hacked and we cannt recover it since the email has been changed.  I filled out the contact form however it says it will be emailing the "new" emaila ddres that is not ours.  We were able to get logged in here by logging through facebook but cannot change anything

First of all, log out of your Spotify account, then contact with Spotify Consumer Support filling this anonymous contact form (they'll ask you an email to contact you).

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.

Don't forget to check your Spam Box 😉
