Hi there,
I'm using Spotify Premium Family and today I noticed that someone listened to music and I didn't know the device (I made sure, that it was no one from my family).

I immediately changed the password and logged out from all devices.

Now I had to re-subscribe to the family level and all of my family members were deleted from my account. Is this expected behaviour? Do I have to do anything else?

In addition I got an e-mail, that spotify is going to send me all of my "collected" personal Data, although I didn't ask for anything like this. Do I have to interfere anyhow else?

Thank you for your help (in advance)

Hi there, thanks for coming to the Spotify Community.

I’m sorry to hear you think someone else has gained access to your Spotify account. Please check out the FAQ page ”Someone else has gained access to my account” here for the next steps to take.

Thanks!

If you think someone else is using your account. Go to your account overview page and click the "sign out everywhere" button. You'll need to log into each device again... but if someone hijacked your account this will help.
