Account is Disabled

Today i try to login in my spotify account and its write to me that the username or password was incorrect, I try to login by facebook, but it still write thats it incorecct, I go to spotify.com and try to login in at the site and its write to me that account is disabled. Why ? What happened with them ?

What is the exact error you are getting?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
