Account name changed itself

I decided to make a new account that won't be connected to my facebook, as I don't use facebook anymore and don't want to rely on it. I entered a short username "Oxraid" and spotify accepted it. But once I payed for premium I saw that for some reason my account name changed itself to ridiculous "jxityuxo6uwwqhyr054qbm4jb" and that I can't change it anymore. Why has it happen? And more importantly - how do I change it to them one I actually entered during registration?

That string of characters is your actual Spotify username, which was assigned automatically to you when you created your account. Fortunately, they aren't something you need to remember, since you can simply sign in with your email address.
