Account not showing as premium?

Account not showing as premium?

I'm not a new customer and my most recent payment was made yesterday 12-28, however I cannot access my library or use any of the premium features. When I log into the website it shows I have a premium account. Its going on the second day I can't access my music and I've abohadhad it with losing access to something I just paid for.

Already sent the contact form yesterday and haven't received a response. This is seriously the worst customer experience I've ever had. If you're a moderator and can help restore my premium account please let me know.

Also I've logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and cleared data on my phone, PC, and tablet and none of them work.

Are you sure you are logging in using the same details as when you log into your online account? 

Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts one with a Spotify username and another using Facebook.

Hi Peter, I'm sure. I don't log into anything with Facebook. 😞

Can you just double check from your online account page:

- Your logging in with the username dispalyed and not your email address. 

- Your subscription status reports you have Spotify Premium and your next payment date is in the future?

Sure, it says I have Spotify Premium and the next payment date is 1-28-2014
