Cannot Activate Gift Subscription

New user here. My daughter gave me a 1 year subscription to spotify! I cannot activate the account. I don't have a gift card. Just the hardcopy from her transaction with Spotify USA Inc. on line. I have the order number and some other details. Hopefully a Spotify moderator will read this and contact me at eh e-mail address associated with my introductory account with user name wsmerek. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form with the order number they should be able to lend a hand to get that set up for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
