My Question or Issue

I have recently updated my plan to DUO. However, there is not possible to play from the two differente devices. We have tried to log off and on, but it doesn't help.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

For what you mention, it seems like you and your duo are accessing the same account. Keep in mind that in group subscriptions, each member must have their own personal account, which is linked to the owner of the plan. 

 

In this article you can find all the information to check the subscription and make sure the other person's account is properly linked.
