Account page not accessible

I want to use a gift card, but I cannot get to my account page. I am logged in to Spotify and I can listen to music though, but when I want to go to the account page I get an error message. Anyone know how I can solve this?

Hi @MPS72. Could If you try again using a different browser, or with your browser's incognito/private browsing window? If the issue persists, clearing your browser's cache and cookies should help.

Thank you for the quick reply. Different browser does not work unfortunately. I did not mention that my daughter has the same problem. Different account (not a family account), different laptop, same problem. so I do not think that clearing cache and cookies will work. It's really strange because it does not seem to be an individual problem.

Hmmm, in that case clearing your cache probably wouldn't work. Are you both using the same network when trying to access the page, specifically, are you on the same WiFi? If you are, can one of you try accessing the page over cellular data?

 

If not, exactly how long has this issue been persisting? I don't seem to have an issue getting to my accounts page, but it is possible that there might be a server issue causing this. If it's only been a short amount of time, I would suggest waiting a little while to see what happens. If it persists more than a few hours/days, then I would urge you to reach out to support so that they could investigate.

I have the exact same issue! when I click on my account I get the error! It's been like this for a whole day now!

Thank you again. I tried a different  network and I get the same error message, Last Monday, 25 September, everything worked just fine. Tuesday evening I got the error message for the first time and nothing changed since then. Last night I filled out a contact form. I hope anyone can help.
