Account problems, suddenly got a new account.

Hi!

I just logged onto my spotify account. i have been premium subscriber for around 2years with this acount. 
A box said somthing about showing my music on facebook, which i have had turned off some time. 
I declined this, and my account logged out.
When i logged in using my old password and mail adress i got a new user, with commercials and no playlists saved. 

I can still find my old playlists by searching on my name.. 
Wtf has happend here?

I have paid two times for spiffy premium but you said  its free so what's the deal

Hey guys! 🙂

If you have any issues with duplicate accounts or being billed twice, unfortunately that isn't something that can be dealt with here on the community. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with those issues.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
