Account randomly charged, no premium

Account randomly charged, no premium

So, I used to have premium but I cancelled the subscription a few months ago because I couldn't afford it.

Yesterday I found my card had been charged by Spotify and the worst bit is, I don't even have premium on my account! I would rather get this resolved through Spotify than perform a chargeback on my card and risk getting my account blacklisted, but I can't seem to find any way of contacting Spotify, so I'm putting a message up here in the hope it gets seen.

What do I do?

It sounds like you may have two accounts. If you get in touch with the payment team, they'll sort this out. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
