Account says free but I am paying

Ok so a long time ago maybe 4 months ago maybe I started paying for spotifuggle premium and one day my spotifuggle lagged and suddenly all my playlists were gone and I had like 200 songs of unknown GOD music.. (EDM) and I am still paying for it and I can't even change my password but that isn't a problem because I am logging in with my Facebook profile BUT the thing is that I AM STILL PAYING FOR SOMETHING THAT HAPPENED 4 MONTHS AGO.. (and it have shown that I only have a normal Spotify account since that day).

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

It sounds like you might have accidentally created and logged into a duplicate account which is on Spotify free.

Try following the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you back into your original account by logging in using your Spotify username. If not or you want to talk refunds etc, there is a link in that post to get in touch with the Spotify team directly and they will be able to get it sorted for you.

THAT is not the point.. the point is that my mom is giving you guys money and I em not getting my spotify premium that i should be getting..

AND when I try to send msg to you guys it is just that stupid system that sends msg back and not a human being that can understand and give me the answer and help I need!

Can you post the case number that will be in that automated reply and I will get someone to chase up a reply for you?

Yeah.. so what is happening?

I have the same problem, I have payed the spotify unlimited, but my account stills working as a spotify free account.

I dont see any options to contact with the company, so I want a solution to my problem. This company should have some channel of communication between paying customers!!

@esfumato101 if you looked on the previous page, there was a link to the Support Form 🙂

 

Use that to contact the payments team, who'll sort this out for you 😉

Already done, but I have an automatic response with links to the FAQ and community forums.

 

Dudes stop this **bleep**y customer support and create a profesional one. I am starting to regret of paying the service.

If it tells you to go to the community, then simply reply to the email (no matter what the email address is, including no-reply), and it'll go through 🙂
