Account split into two separated. Both are premium. I dont have access to my first one

My main account was working for about 6 moths, when suddenly i logged and my playlists were not there. I wrote to support twice, they did not answer. My friend was following so I looked at his acount on my previous account looked like this:  http://open.spotify.com/user/1174102519 with all of my playlists. Free premium finished on it and spotify had taken money from me TWICE when i was using my cuurrent account. I have to pay for both premium accounts while i am using one of them and i don't have option to log into my previous and change subscripion. I pay for my first one every 29th month day, and second one ii pay 3rd month day. Is there an oportunity to fix it and get my money back? There is no mention about it in spotify FAQ. My current account : http://open.spotify.com/user/paweu54 . I really need this to be taken care of.

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
