Account weirdness

I had to reset my phone because it was frozen and I had the spotify app open. I didn't think it would make a difference because I had done it before and nothing happened, but this time it logged me out of spotify and no matter what I do, I can't get any of my music or my playlists back. I can log in but none of my stuff is there. I have the correct email, username, and password, and I even reset my password, but nothing worked. What do I do?
