I was listening to Spotify today, and it suddenly asked me to re-log in. I did so the way I always do, and it has completely wiped my account. All of my playlists, songs, and listening history has gone - it's like I've got a new account, and is the same on all of my devices. I am also a premium member, and that's been deleted too. I have emailed spotify and they told me to come here - I have no idea what to do!

Sounds like you might have created a brand new account in the process of logging into your Premium one.


Let's try following these steps to see if you find the Premium account. If you do, you can close the Free account to avoid future inconveniences.
