I have recently moved to the UK, and I'm having issues trying to log in into my account .
The issue is that I cant enter my account even tho I have the correct password and Email it keeps telling me :
(Your offline
Check your connection)
My connection is stable and fast but I have been suffering from this issue since I came to the UK
Can you tell me what can I do to fix the problem , before you say try on a another account I tried and It did work on a new account but not on my main , plus I did deleted spotify and install it again non worked tbh .
Please help me with this issue .

thanks for reaching out !

 

If i understand correctly, this isn't a log in issue rather than the inability to use the app as it is offline.

 

As you mentioned moving to another country i'd have to ask if you're using a sim card based in the UK? 

 

Have you tried using your account on another device to see if the same issue appears ? this can be a good indication of the issue you're having.
