I got randomly logged out, so I went to log in and it says “your email or password is incorrect.” So I go to change my password and it says “email is not found in Spotify database” or something like that, so I’m confused and haven’t been able to use Spotify for a week now.

They told me they can’t help me unless it’s a technical or payment issue 

I have the same issue. Spotify support od useless. It is about week now.
