I wrote a solution in your other topic (http://community.spotify.com/t5/Help-Accounts-and-Subscriptions/Account/m-p/950507/highlight/false#M...) but if you mean the same thing with "you tried logging them out" as I do ("sign out everywhere" button), then you should first change your email password and then your password in Spotify again. Maybe he has access to your email account and can see that you've changed the password.
