Accounts - Playlists Lost

I have logged onto my Spotify account. My account says I am pn the 'free' plan, however I am being charged regularly for this. Any suggestions?

Hello @bec_manns!

It sounds like you might’ve accidentally created a second account and signed into that one instead. I'd recommend checking out this Support article to try to find other accounts you might own.
