Ok I signed up a new phone through Rogers it's supposed to give me 2 years free with 3 accounts I've made mine but I can't setup another profile when I try it asked for cc info then said I'm already signed up. I can't find a number to actually call spotify.... it's supposed to be FREE for 2 years BUT they charged me 10$ to boot !?!? **bleep** is going on here please help

As you have taken the Spotify offer through Rogers you would need to reach out to them for help 🙂

I've called Rogers a few times they say call spotify but the link to call
them is BROKEN.. go figure..

I have esculated this issue for you with Spotfy staff. 

 

Please can you reach out to Spotify in one of the following ways:

 

Via email, Facebook or Twitter. This way, they will be able to take a closer look at your account and see what has happened here 🙂
