Activity Feed Not Working

Howdy -

I've had Spotify for a few years, but never used it. Now that Rdio went under, I bought the premium Spotify. I was, apparently, only following one user during this time. I unfollowed this user, and started following like 100 other people.

When I click on Activity, it still only has activity for that one user I used to follow. It's been like 3 days, and still nothing else is appearing on my feed. I have checked this on PC, Mac desktop, iPad and iPhone. My software is up to date on all places.

The friends feed on the right side is working though. Just the activity won't update. I've goodled and searched this community for an answer, but the only things that came up are issues from a year or two ago.

Any help would be extremely helpful.

I have had the same problem for a long time without a solution, apparently a lot of people have the same issue I think it's a problem with the account but I have created a lot of playlists, and tagged plenty of music which is the main reason I'm paying premium so I don't plan on creating a new account just to solve this issue!
